Food trucks in Boston

Boston's food-truck scene took off in 2011, and its originals are still rolling. Roxy's Grilled Cheese was the first truck permitted on a city street, Bon Me has served banh mi and rice bowls since 2011, and Chicken & Rice Guys has run its halal and kosher fleet since 2012.
